These expansion joints consist of a single set of waves, provided with bracing with slats and shafts to absorb the forces due to internal pressure. These models are suitable for absorbing angular movements in 1 single direction.
These models are not able to absorb axial movement , unless the bracing is provided with slotted holes then a small axial movement absorption is possible. In this case the forces are not absorbed in the bracing and correct fixed points must be provided
