This type is mainly used in low pressure or vacuum applications in the energy, (petro)chemical and steel industries. Since there are no standards for these expansion joints, this is always customized.
Mainly axial movements are accommodated with these models. All types of bracing and accessories can be included.
As with universal expansion joints where no bracing is present, reaction forces due to pressure must be taken into account. Correct fixed points and guides are necessary here.

MRU : Rectangular with rounded corners, can consist of several waves. Weld ends or flanges possible
MRW : Rectangular with V-shaped waves and camera angles. Weld ends or flanges possible
MRV : Rectangular with V-shaped waves and mitred corners. Weld ends or flanges possible
