The IBG slide plate type N835 A is a square PTFE slide bearing for higher temperatures. The PTFE element of a PTFE slide bearing may be loaded to a maximum of 150°C. The type N835 A is supplied including an insulated counter bearing. This allows the temperature of the upper structure to exceed 150°C.
The type N835 A can be supplied with a counter bearing suitable for a temperature of 300°C or 600°C. The PTFE bearing type WBI can accommodate displacements in two directions. The standard movement absorption capacity is plus or minus 25 mm or 50 mm.
Dimension
The type N835 A is a flat bearing so the upper structure should not tilt or bend. Special dimensions and base materials are possible. However, the standard is the most economical design.
