The IBG slide plate type N810 A-L is a square PTFE slide bearing for larger loads. In type N810 A-L, the PTFE element lies in a bowl-shaped retainer which lies in a bowl-shaped base plate. In this way, the bearing can tilt allowing slight bending of the upper structure. The bearing must be welded to the supporting structure and is supplied with a matching counter bearing.
Type N810 A-L can accommodate displacements in two directions. The standard movement absorption capacity is approximately 20 mm, 40 mm or 80 mm. This bearing is also available with a guide.
Dimension
The type N810 A-L is a bowl-shaped bearing that allows the upper structure to tilt or bend. Special dimensions and basic materials are possible. However, the standard is the most economical design.
