The IBG slide plate type N810 A-G is a square PTFE slide bearing for larger loads. In type N810 A-G, the PTFE element lies in a bowl-shaped retainer which lies in a bowl-shaped base plate. In this way, the bearing can tilt allowing slight bending of the upper structure. The bearing must be welded to the supporting structure and is supplied with a matching counter bearing.
The type N810 A-G is the guided version of the type WBC and, due to the guidance, can only absorb a displacement in one direction. The standard movement absorption capacity is plus/minus 20 mm, 40 mm or 80 mm.
Dimension
The type N810 A-G is a bowl-shaped bearing that allows the upper structure to tilt or bend. Special dimensions and basic materials are possible. However, the standard is the most economical design.
